Gold Coins: Returns are not accepted for gold coins once the seal is broken or the product is delivered, due to daily fluctuations in market rates. Until and unless if the gold coin received does not met the purity mentioned.

Damaged Goods: If the parcel is tampered with or damaged upon arrival, do not accept the delivery. Record a video while opening the package to claim a replacement.

E-commerce Deals: For products bought through our Amazon/Flipkart discount portal, the return policy of the respective platform (Amazon/Flipkart) will apply.
